It is simply not their fault that customer service is deficient. Your employees are not being provided the tools they need to resolve problems. It is just unacceptable, and it is one of the main reasons that I may not renew when my subscription expires next spring. Again, Mary did her best, so this is no reflection on her, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the way in which Dashlane is set up to resolve technical problems. It had gotten so long and confusing, I could not even locate a recent email from Mary because it was buried in a barrage of lengthy emails between me, Mary, Roxanne, and I don't know who else. I have a string of emails that has to be in the 30-40 email range since mid-April. Trusted and effective, but missing the desktop app After using Dashlane for a few years now, it has substantially improved efficiency during the work day. I have repeatedly said that what Dashlane lacks and is sorely in need of is telephone support, or the ability to remotely access customer computers to resolve complex problems that the average user cannot resolve. However, in the end, and after nearly two months of endless emails and convoluted instructions, I finally was able to resolve the problems myself. Select Safari in the menu bar again and then select Preferences.Well ask you to turn on the Dashlane extension if you havent already. Search for 'Dashlane' and select the download icon for Dashlane - Password Manager. Select Safari in Safaris menu bar and then select Safari Extensions. Honestly, Mary was very pleasant and she tried to help. Install the Dashlane extension in Safari.
